Finally found you! Words cannot describe how beautiful your works are and how /perfectly/ they illustrate scenes from the book! I love you so much!

Very atmospheric (poor little Salthook!), I like the perspective and stuff, but I can't help saying, it's nowhere near big enough. London's supposed to be big enough to have hundreds of those tracks (though it is an illustration and I suppose it has to be visible from a reasonable distance) and the airships are too puffy, should be smoother and more streamlined (like the one in the foreground, which sort of defeats my whole argument).
Then again when I look at Philip Reeve's own sketches I think the same thing and he is the author after all.

Guess everyone sees something different when they read a book like this one.

Anyway your other illustrations, and, I suppose, this one too, are wonderful, 'specially the cover for Fever Crumb, I bow to your skill and talent, it's not like I could ever produce anything as good as this.

Dear Mr. Wyatt, your work is so exceptional and awe-inspiring, it's absolutely no wonder why Mr. Reeve and Scholastic UK are drawn to your amazing skills of illustration, conception, perspective, and composition. Back when David Franklin illustrated the original UK book covers for the Mortal Engines series, and Christophe Vacher, of Disney fame, worked the first two covers for the North American releases, I was personally inspired to conceptually create oil paintings for the four novels, just because I really wanted to! But now that I have discovered your commisions to create these incredible paintings for the newer re-printed editions, I simply feel small and insignificant, and wishing I possesed an eighth of your amazing talent.
I thought your pen and ink illustrations in Larklight and Mothstorm were beautifully intricate and deliciously detailed, but I had no idea you also painted so vividly with such an impressive imagination for conceptual design. In the immortal words of Wayne and Garth on the other side of the pond--I am not worthy!!
Thank you for such fantastic pieces.

I've searched three bookstores for Mortal Engines, and they tell me that they don't sell it anymore
I need to read this so badly D:
I love the massive amount of details! Especially on London and the barren desert plains. It really gives off an intimidating feel and lots of tension!

And I'm very happy to find the cover artist/illustrator of Mortal Engines and Redwall and Larklight!
I'm probably gonna spam you with faves and comments now. So I'll apologize beforehand :P
